It's Not That I Don't Care...

It's just that I haven't had anything to write about all week. Seriously, my life is as dull as a garage-sale steak knife, and instead of boring you with more reports of my work-read-sleep routine, I've just been lying low.

Besides, having not hit the ATM in over a week, and using all available cash on hand to buy furniture and maintain a place in which to keep it, well, there ain't much buffoonery to be had around here lately. Luckily I got a couple of books in the mail the other day--from the secondary market--so that'll keep me entertained for awhile.

The rest of the family is off to Breckenridge this weekend for Cyndi's latest wedding. Unfortunately, I am the casino's bitch and it's a holiday weekend, so I won't be joining them. But it's no problem--I told Cyndi that I'd make it to her fourth one for sure. Besides, if it's busy, there's money to be made, and that's a good thing. If I'm stuck here, I'd rather be working anyways.

I wish I had more to say, but all I can come up with is 'take Georgia and lay the points'.
